Soups

On your stovetop, place the frozen unopened soup pouch in boiling water.

Heat for up to 10 minutes, until soup is hot and bubbling inside. Remove the pouch, but be careful, the content will be very hot. Secure the pouch in a bowl, holding it by its corners or seams, and then snip the corner off to pour soup into the serving dish. If cooking a soup pouch that has been thawed, simply reduce cooking time and cook until contents are hot and bubbling inside.

First, thaw overnight by placing in your refrigerator.

Once thawed, choose your cooking method.

Microwave: Vent film. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film and stir. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes as necessary.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (do not exceed). Remove film and heat in container for 20 minutes. Serve as an entrée or an elegant appetizer.

Keep this dish frozen until you are ready to prepare.

When ready, remove the outer plastic film. Place in an oven preheated to 350°F for 24 minutes. If you prefer, you can warm in a microwave at 700 W for 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Then simply serve!

Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese

Thaw for several hours in your refrigerator or overnight.

An alternate thawing method is to remove plastic wrap and microwave on the defrost setting for 5 minutes. When thawed, preheat oven to 375°F, remove plastic wrap, and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

Lobster Pot Pies

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Place the frozen pot pie on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until puff pastry turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. For convection oven, preheat to 375°F and bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not microwave this dish.

Nueske Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp & Nueske Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging.

Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. For shrimp, bake for 14-16 minutes. For scallops, bake for 16-18 minutes. An internal temperature should read 165°F when finished. If crispier bacon is desired, Broil on High for 3-4 minutes. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.

Serve as an appetizer over puff pastry, toast points, hearty crackers, or eat them right out of your serving dish! As an entrée, pour as a sauce over cooked linguine, rice, or lobster for an unbelievable meal.

Keep this dish frozen until you are ready to prepare.

When ready, cut a slit in the plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds. Place sandwiches in a sauté pan and grill each side for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and then serve immediately.

TO BAKE:

Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F. Place the thawed cakes on a greased baking sheet or on non-stick foil. Bake on the center rack for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown, turning on the broiler for last 1-2 minutes (watch to make sure the tops don’t burn). Reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes for our Mini Crab Cakes.

TO PAN-FRY OR SAUTÉ:

Pan-fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat in vegetable oil or butter for approximately 5 minutes per side. Reduce cooking time by 1-2 minutes for our Mini Crab Cakes.
