Lobster Eggs Benedict

What happens when you pair up one of breakfast’s most popular dishes with one of dinner time’s most exotic delicacies? You get one of the most outstandingly scrumptious, mouthwateringly delicious breakfast or brunch dishes that’s a delightful mix of taste and texture. It’s a variation on a theme that’s perfect to serve when friends gather at your place for brunch.

Servings: 2/3 - 3/4 cup of clarified butter

Ingredients - Lobster b:

  • 4 lobster tail halves (2 full tails)
  • 2 tablespoons butter - melted
  • Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
  • Directions - Lobster:

     

    1. Turn on broiler.

     

    1. Remove lobster meat and place on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet.

     

    1. Top with melted butter, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

     

    1. Broil for 4-5 minutes, until meat is opaque.

     

    Ingredients - Hollandaise Sauce: b:

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Directions - Hollandaise Sauce:

    With that butter made, all you’ll need is some great seafood to eat it with! Lucky for you, that’s where we come in. You can choose between live lobsters or just succulent tails – either way, ours always come with some clarified butter to save you time (though having some backup certainly never hurts!).
